I’m Monica Luque, mama to two sweet girls who are the heart and inspiration behind Tots Parlor. This boutique began from my love for the warm, classic, and soft elegance of European children’s clothing. I always adored how these pieces looked and felt — gentle colors, thoughtful details, and designs that allow children to be children. Yet here in the U.S., these styles were so difficult to find unless traveling or brought by family/friends.

I believe that little ones can look beautifully put together while still being comfortable and free to play. That’s why each piece at Tots Parlor is carefully curated with love, intention, and childhood in mind. Our collections are small, limited, and thoughtfully selected; focusing on lasting, heirloom-style designs that you’ll cherish in your photos, memories, and everyday moments.
