Return Policy

At Tots Parlor, we hope you love every purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tots Parlor is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email or Instagram DM. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or is missing its original tags.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee that returned items will be available in the same size or style once your return is received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
