Welcome to Tots Parlor! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping
At this time, Tots Parlor ships only within the United States.
We currently ship all orders through USPS.
Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer:
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
- Free local delivery within the New Orleans Metro Area and surrounding communities, when available.
Any applicable shipping promotions will be reflected at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Tots Parlor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by USPS, Tots Parlor is no longer responsible for the package.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local USPS office and filing a claim directly with the carrier.
Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ship every order promptly, Tots Parlor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- USPS service interruptions
- Holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
